National Nuclear Equipment won the Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award

Recently, Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Association announced the award of the 2017 Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award. Shandong Nuclear Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. "The application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in the detection of welds in nuclear power equipment penetration parts" won the second prize of this scientific and technological progress. The application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in the weld inspection of nuclear power equipment penetration is a new detection technology. Its application in the weld inspection of the through-piece sleeve and the insert plate assembly will solve the problems of limited space of conventional ultrasonic testing technology and low defect detection rate, thereby improving detection efficiency and ensuring product quality.
